How It Works

The Coaching Process

A simple, transparent three-step process to get started.

Discovery

Initial call via Calendly to discuss your background, challenges, and objectives. We'll assess mutual fit and explore how coaching can support your goals.

Proposal

If we both want to proceed, you'll receive a detailed Coach Agreement Proposal outlining scope, confidentiality, pricing, frequency, and invoicing details.

Contract

Upon agreement with the proposal, we sign a formal Coaching Agreement confirming confidentiality protections and officially launching our partnership.
