“Working with Anieke has been an incredible experience. She is not only an authentic and caring coach, but she consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. Whether it's creating personalized meditations or sending thoughtful messages at exactly the right moment, her genuine care shines through in every interaction. Her support has had a lasting impact on both my personal and professional growth, and I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“One of the most focused and valuable programs I've seen.”

“One of the most focused and valuable programs I've seen.”
“The sessions on fund narrative, positioning, and team composition were especially useful and gave me a new perspective on how to think about building and presenting a fund. The program strikes the right balance between expert input and peer discussion, and the biweekly cadence worked very well. It's a highly relevant, thoughtfully designed program that I would strongly recommend to other emerging managers.”

“I now approach my work with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence.”
“Working with the VC Coach was a game-changer. The coaching gave me clarity on what truly matters and helped me map out the next steps I want to take. At a time when responsible and sustainable investing faces real challenges, Anieke helped me cut through the noise and reconnect with what drives me and energizes me. This ultimately helped me to push myself out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to claim space for my own ambitions and goals. The impact has been lasting: I now approach my work and my role with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence.”

“Thanks to her coaching, I felt ready to write the next chapter in my story.”

“Thanks to her coaching, I felt ready to write the next chapter in my story.”
“Given the nature of the coaching topic, I prefer to stay anonymous. I went through one of the lowest points of my career while dealing with a harassment case in my workplace as a VC — a situation that left me feeling isolated, overwhelmed, second-guessing myself, and unsure how to move forward both professionally and personally. I had nobody in the industry I felt I could turn to. Anieke's coaching gave me a space to process what I was going through without judgment.
Beyond the emotional support, she helped me rebuild my confidence, regain clarity on my professional path and the different options available, and think strategically about my next steps — rather than just surviving the situation. I really appreciated the unique, thought-provoking exercises we did together. I came out of it with a stronger sense of who I am as a professional and what I want from my VC career on the short and long term. This will always be a difficult chapter in my story, but thanks to her coaching, I felt ready to write the next one.”

“This course came at exactly the right moment for us. I finally got human answers to the questions and fears I'd been carrying. At the start of the program, we had little more than a PDF: we weren't yet regulated and nobody was paying attention to us. Now we're having strong conversations with potential LPs.
It's not just the group we built or what we learned from Anieke and Liliana. It's also the timing that was really right for us to work through these challenges.”

“I really appreciated the balance between content and talking and sharing. The 90 minutes per session — when you look at it at the beginning, you think it's long, but when it's there, it's way too short.”
